Journals

Journal writing for me is a rather difficult task that I have to really make myself sit at long enough to complete before running off to play elsewhere. It's like I have done the thing already so why waste time going over it again when there are far more interesting things to do. Come to think of it, I approach it a bit like I used to with homework at school!

The Journals are updated as things happen ....

Garden Journal The yearly journals from the paddock. Starting from 1999 with a few gaps here and there but holds information which the gardener looks back on with amusement ....

Potager Journal Vegetables straight from the garden are just the best! The potager has been a bit neglected on occassion but when it does produce it is fabulous.

Vegetable Rotation Journal The layout in the potager is based on a four year rotation. This works pretty well for me although I have not always stuck to it and had the right crops in the right place at the right time...

Hens Journal The hens fill their days scritching and pecking at everything their beady little eyes spot. They get points for being very amusing and a few more for keeping the bugs away...
